JUICE BOX works perfectly. The website to adjust the charging time is simple to use and the reports are well written. Although the cable can be a little bit too harsh for some cars, it is not necessary to unwind it if your car is right next to the charger. Notifications via email are clear. No complaints.

I bought a Nissan Leaf. Although everything is connected and working, I’m still a bit confused by all the multicolored bulbs. I downloaded the app and wasn’t sure. I called technical support and gave my serial number. They checked the connection to the device, and all is well.

I now send a second replacement device. The wire is fine, but they claim that grounding issues are a problem. This could be a problem when connecting to the new Porsche Taycan. Everything seems to be working fine so far with the third device. The time will tell.

Although the phone application required me to make several attempts to connect to my Wi Fi, it is not necessary to force you to do so. Remember that continuous charging charges any device at 80% of its nominal rate.

It is great to be able to see the charging session. It is very helpful to plan peak and non-spike times.

It charges my Volkswagen ID. Although EVSE comes with a car and works well, the JuiceBox app allows me to charge my car more quickly. When the charging time is reached, i receive a notification. Stands your money!

It was purchased for Audi E-Tron. It was easy to install.
It works as it should. WiFi is not available in my garage, which is too far away from the signal.
For easy installation, ensure that your socket is low enough to the wall.

This charger is amazing. I just installed it. The installation and operation of the WiFi application and charger was a little complicated. The previous charger took 8 hours to fully charge Nissan Leaf. Now it takes only 3 hours. This charging system is easy to switch to.

After installing the socket to provide power, i installed it today. Two electric cars were involved, so we needed another level charger. All seems well so far. Although it does require some walking to attach the device, it isn’t too bothersome. There was no Wi-Fi setup guide, so i had to look on the Internet. It was easy to find the solution. It is working and i am happy.
