1. Unless otherwise agreed to by the EV Adept / Adept Ηοldings LLC, every product is priced and shipped from Hallandale Beach, FL or the manufacturer’s location.
  2. Please note that shipping is not included in the price unless otherwise specified. Extra charges will be added to your invoice.
  3. Orders placed the day after 2:00 p.m. ET are not generally sent out until the following business day. We reserve the right to change shipment dates.
  4. We can ship from our facility in Hallandale Beach, Florida until 3:00 p.m. ET. 
  5. We retain the right to reject international sales. 
  6. We reserve the right to refuse any order if we cannot determine the customer’s trustworthiness, including without explanation. 
  7. Your order will be delivered to your desired location if you select UPS or FedEx, although P.O. Boxes are not accessible to them. We can ship via the United States Postal Service upon request. If you want to use another carrier, please let us know the name of the firm and a valid account number.
  8. Orders under $35 are subject to a $15 fee, which will be added to your shipping cost.
  9. Orders for goods in stock will generally ship the same day or the following day. All delivery dates are subject to change depending on availability.
  10. Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Small packages, FedEx, UPS, and USPS may be sent to these locations from the website. Duties and taxes will be charged separately by the shipping carrier and are the responsibility of the client when sending to Puerto Rico. On the website, you can only place orders for Truck/LTL/Freight shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. Please contact us for further information.
  11. For sending items to Canada. The estimated price given on the website is only for the freight. Duties and taxes will be charged separately by the shipping company, and they are the client’s responsibility.
  12. We ship to more than 100 countries (including South America, Africa, and the Middle East). Shipping costs may be charged separately from the date of purchase. We’ll notify you by email with your shipping charge in these cases. Shipments must clear customs and may be subject to duties and taxes, which will be collected by the shipping company. We reserve the right to refuse international orders.
  13. Once your goods have been delivered, we’ll provide you with a Track No. and a link on which you may monitor the status of your purchases. Depending on the delivery service selected, this issue might or may not exist.
