Customers are not permitted to claim cash back until they have returned their items. For exchange or refund, returns will be accepted up to 30 days after the date of delivery. Returns must be made in excellent condition (new and in original packaging), with the exception of warranty claims.

Customer ordering mistakes or items that are undeliverable after they have been sent will be charged round-trip freight, and a restocking fee of 25% or more may apply depending on the manufacturers return policies.

MTO (Made-To-Order) Items

Customized items, such as custom hose assemblies or other products labeled as “Non-Refundable”, “Non-Cancellable,” or “Non-Returnable,” are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturer fault or warranty problem.

Warranty Items

Warranty claims must be made via the provided RMA (return merchandise authorization) form, which must include the necessary return freight prepaid information. If the item is examined and if the warranty is accepted, EV Adept or the manufacturer may provide a replacement, repair, or credit at their discretion.

Return Process

Before sending anything back, you’ll need to obtain an RGA Number.

Without an RGA Number, returns will not be accepted. All packages must include the RGA Number, a copy of the Returned Goods Authorization Form, and clear labeling.Please include a note with your returns that explains what the item is, how it can be used, and if there are any warranties or guarantees. If you don’t have the manufacturer’s return policy, you’re subject to a restocking fee of 30% or more depending on the company’s policies.

Some specialized goods might be subject to a higher restocking fee or non-returnable. If you have any questions regarding the capabilities of a product, please let us know and we’ll send out vendor literature before you place your order.
