An outdoor extension cord is a length of electrical cable that is designed to be used outdoors. It is typically made of a heavy-duty plastic material, and has a weatherproof coating to protect it from the elements. An outdoor extension cord can be used to power appliances or tools that are located outside, such as EVSEs. This product is suitable for a variety of charging equipment. An extension cord for a Level-1 Tesla charger is often purchased with it.
How to use an EV charger with an extension cord?
You can use an outdoor extension cord to power an EV charging station, as long as the cord is rated for the amperage of the EV charger. Make sure that the extension cord is long enough to reach from the outlet to the charging station. Plug the extension cord into the outlet, and then plug the charging station into the extension cord. Turn on the charging station and start charging your EV.

They are extremely durable. They seem to be well-made to withstand all weather conditions and wear. The cords are perfect for my portable generator.

It works for those who have an Audi E-Tron! I was worried that 100 feet 10/3 caliber would not work. It’s good, it charges well and the cable doesn’t overheat. Although it is heavy, it is still good for people who need a longer cord.

It is exactly what you expect, a strong cord well made

It works great to connect my Volkswagen ID. The 14-caliber extension cable that I used to connect my Volkswagen ID melted after connecting for two hours. However, this cord is great for connecting other devices for many hours.

For unusual uses, we needed a long extension cord. This was the cheapest of all I could find.
