We were shocked to discover that the cable was extremely slow after purchasing Hyundai Kona. It takes nearly 12 hours to charge a car. The device arrived and I spent approximately two hours installing it in my garage. It didn’t require any settings – I simply connected it to the Hyundai Kona, and he began charging immediately. There was no programming or buttons to press. Just connected and went.

First, the price was a major factor. This charger has all you need in terms of power. The charger charges at a maximum speed 7.2 kW. This is a bit faster than the average EV. You can travel approximately 25 miles an hour with a power output of 6.5 kW.

My Chevy Bolt came with a standard charger. It was slow so I knew I needed a replacement. However, I didn’t want to pay too much for EVSE which would be excessive compared to what I actually need. The Siemens charger does exactly what I need. It charges my car in just 2 hours. All this for a very affordable price. The charger has been with me for over a year, and I have never had any problems.

It has been in my possession for 6 months now and I have never had any issues. It was only intended for use within the room, which surprised me a bit. This is a big oversight, as vehicles tend to be outdoors. So far, there have been no issues. It was easy to set up. It is possible to run your own power cable, or lay a 240-line for power.
